Introduction
Since 1971 Lindora has not only helped hundreds of thousands of people not only become Lean for Life but also we have helped them to stay lean for a longer and healthier life. Over decades and through millions of patient visits our clinical program has evolved and so has our Lean for Life Online program. This new improved version is specifically designed to help you achieve and maintain your Lean for Life weight loss goals.
Welcome to Lean for Life Online
Every day when you access your personalized Lean for Life Online Program, you’ll be greeted with a recap that tells you the date, the day of your online program and an update of your weight loss success. If you look at the golden colored tool bar listed under “My Program” you will see the daily steps numbered for you to follow.
Step 1: Today’s Program Message
The “Today’s Program Message” links you to an informative daily message from Shelly Lummus, Nurse Practitioner. Each message provides valuable program information, helpful hints, guidance, and support. You will also receive a copy of this daily program message via email each day.
Step 2: Cynthia’s Daily Message
Every day, you’ll receive a new motivational audio message from Cynthia Stamper Graff, CEO and President of Lindora and author of the Lean for Life books. These messages will offer support and information that will help you gain new insights as you are learning to incorporate your new healthy habits.
Step 3: Today’s Chapter
Each day you will be able to review the daily chapter reading from the Lean for Life phase 1 book in your online program. At any time in your program you can view any chapter in the book to review this invaluable information. Simply click on “view an index of all of the chapters” than select the chapter that you wish to review.
Step 4: Daily Quiz
After reviewing the daily program chapter, you’ll take a quick five to ten question quiz that highlights important information from the chapter. Your score, as well as the correct answers will be displayed for your review once you complete the quiz. You can even go back and take your quiz again if you would like.
Step 5: Daily Action Plan
Your Daily Action Plan is a simple way to record your eating plan for the day. This tool allows you to plan your menu in advance and you can print this each day to keep with you as a reminder of your plan. Your Daily Action Plan even keeps track of your daily intake of carbohydrates, protein, calories, and fat.
Step 6: My Progress
Each day on your Lean for Life Online Program you will enter your daily progress. This information reflects things like your weight, your activity, and your perceptions of your progress. Once you have entered this information you can track your progress through visual graphs that reflect what you have accomplished so far.
Step 7: My Journal
Your Lean for Life Online Program offers you the opportunity to keep a journal of your daily experiences throughout your weight loss journey.

Certified Lean for Life Educator sessions:
These sessions provide one-on-one telephone coaching from a Lindora Nurse that is specially trained in the Lindora Lean for Life Program. All Lean for Life Online programs include one-on-one training sessions with a Certified Lean for Life Educator who will teach you how to face and overcome the challenges you will invariably experience as you begin your new healthy life habits.
Web Seminars:
You can register and participate in regularly scheduled web seminars. These seminars offer support, help, guidance, and medical information in order to assist you to have a better understanding of your health and to help you to achieve your Lean for Life goals.
