Chicken Stew

 1 3.5 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
 1/2 small tomato, diced
 1/2 green or red bell pepper, diced
 1/4 c. fat free chicken broth
 Dash garlic powder
 1/2 tsp. basil
 salt and pepper to taste

Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray.

Place chicken in the skillet and cook for several minutes just until the chicken pieces are lightly browned.

Add the chicken broth, tomato and bell pepper to the skillet; sprinkle with the garlic powder and basil.

Cover and simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
