Cottage Raisin Salad

Ingredients

½ c. (4 oz.) fat free cottage cheese

½ ounce raisins

1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

1-2 cups torn lettuce

Directions

1Stir raisins and cinnamon into the cottage cheese.

2Place the cottage cheese mixture on top of a bed of torn lettuce.

3Serve chilled.
