Ingredients

3 1/2 oz. shrimp or crab, raw

1/2 c. water

1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

1 small clove garlic, minced

juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

1Clean seafood.

2Place all ingredients in a small covered saucepan and simmer over low heat, approximately 30 min. or until done.

3Enjoy hot or cold.
