Ingredients

3 ½ oz. broiled shrimp

½ cup celery, diced

½ cup tomato, chopped

1 tsp. wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. fat free, low carbohydrate French dressing.

2 c torn lettuce

Directions

1Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss and serve.
