Venita’s Lobster with Scampi Sauce

Ingredients

3 1/2 oz. lobster, cooked

1/8 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 garlic glove, minced

Pepper to taste

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 Tbsp. water

Directions

1Sauté garlic and pepper until golden brown.

2Add water, parsley and cooked lobster.

3Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
