Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Place cereal in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin (or heavy can) to make crumbs.
Add spices to bag and shake to mix well with crumbs.
Place a couple of chicken pieces in the bag and shake to coat with the crumb mixture.
Remove coated pieces and place on a cookie baking sheet; space pieces so they are not touching.
Continue to coat all chicken pieces and place on baking sheet.
Place on middle rack of 400- degree oven and bake approximately 14 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown.
