Make a low-carb, protein-packed Lindora Noodle Soup with green bell peppers, zucchini, and a flavorful seasoning blend—quick, easy, and satisfying!

 

 

YIELDS 1 Serving

 

1 envelope Lindora Homestyle Chicken with Noodle Soup mix
¼ c. green bell pepper, sliced into thin 1-inch strips
¼ c. zucchini, sliced and quartered
½ tsp. vinegar
¼ tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground coriander
2/3 c. + 2 Tbsp. water, boiling 


1. Place green pepper, zucchini and vinegar in a small microwave-safe bowl with 2 Tbsp. water.
2. Microwave on high 1 ½ to 2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the spices and Chicken with Noodle Soup mix; stir in boiling water.
4. Combine the soup mix and vegetables in a bowl and microwave for 30-45 seconds.
5. Serve hot.
