YIELDS 1 Serving
3 1/2 oz. white fish (halibut, cod, sole, turbot, etc.)
1/2 small green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 c. onion, diced
Garlic powder, to taste
Dash, paprika, salt, pepper, to taste
1. Place uncooked fish on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around and seal.
2. Sprinkle fish with seasonings.
3. Top with bell pepper and onion.
4. Bring together edges of foil and seal tightly.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
