7 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. onion, chopped
1 12-oz. can diet 7-UP
basil, rosemary, sage and thyme, to taste
1Place chicken breasts in a baking dish; pour diet 7-UP over the chicken in dish.
2Sprinkle with onion and spices.
3Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
