4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 1/2 oz. each breast)
4 Tbsp. dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. each: basil and marjoram (or 1 tsp. Italian seasoning)
1Mix the dijon mustard, water and seasonings in a medium bowl.
2Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and add the chicken.
3Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken and cook over medium heat until done, approximately 10 minutes.
1Prepare the mustard mixture as above.
2Add the chicken, mixing to coat.
3Place in the refrigerator to marinate for approximately 1/2 hour.
4Remove chicken and grill over hot coals or on an indoor grill until done.
