1Cut pepper in half and remove the stem and seeds. Set aside.
2In a small bowl, stir together the tuna or chicken, celery, green onion tops, mayonnaise and seasoning salt. Set aside.
3Place the lettuce in a bowl; squeeze lemon juice over the lettuce and toss to mix.
4Divide the lettuce into two servings and place each serving on a plate.
5Scoop one-half of the tuna/chicken mixture into each of the pepper halves; place one pepper on each plate of lettuce and serve.
