Chicken, Salads and Dressings

Keto-friendly, low carb traditional chicken salad recipe. This chicken salad is easy to make with a few simple ingredients.
1Place the diced apple in a small bowl and gently toss with the lemon juice to coat all pieces; let stand for approximately 1 minute.
2Add the raisins and chicken to the bowl and toss together with the apples.
3Stir in the fat free mayonnaise, mixing all ingredients together.
4Arrange several lettuce leaves on two plates and top each with one-half of the chicken mixture.
1 5-oz. can of chicken breast (in water), drained
½ oz. raisins
1 small (2 ½ inch) apple, cored and diced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
1 bunch romaine lettuce leaves
