1Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray (such as Pam).
2Add chicken breast pieces and sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
3Cook until no longer pink, approximately five minutes, depending on size of the chicken pieces.
4Add sprouts, cabbage and 1 Tbsp. water or salad dressing to chicken pieces in skillet; stir-fry cook until sprouts and cabbage are tender.
5Place lettuce leaves in a large colander and pour boiling water over to wilt so that they are pliable.
6Allow lettuce to drain well and then place on a paper towel and blot to remove excess moisture.
7Remove lettuce to a plate and fill each with a large spoonful of the chicken mixture.
8Wrap the leaf around the mixture, like a burrito.
9Continue until all lettuce and mixture is used.
