Salmon is full of protein, vitamin A, and omegas, which are essential for heart and brain health. This recipe for grilled ginger salmon is delicious and good for you.
1Spread the ginger on top of the salmon.
2Pour the soy sauce over the salmon and wrap tightly in the foil.
3Place the foil packet on a hot grill and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until done.
1 salmon steak or filet, 3.5 oz.
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
