1 salmon steak or filet, 3.5 oz.
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1Spread the ginger on top of the salmon.
2Pour the soy sauce over the salmon and wrap tightly in the foil.
3Place the foil packet on a hot grill and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until done.
