For a special treat during the holidays, or anytime, make a delicious, healthy "pie" using Lindora Lean for Life protein bars and pudding mixes. It's easy!

Directions

1Simply mash/press a Lindora protein bar into the sides of a small bowl to form a "crust".

2Then prepare a Lindora pudding mix according to package directions and pour it into the "crust".

3Chill before serving.

You can enjoy a "pumpkin pie" by using the Cinnamon Raisin bar for the crust and mixing pumpkin pie spice into the Vanilla Drink and Pudding mix for the pie filling.

If you prefer a rich chocolate pie, form the crust using one of the chocolate-coated Lean for Life protein bars and the Double Chocolate Pudding mix for the filling. (You may find it helpful to slightly warm the protein bars in the microwave for 10-12 seconds before pressing to form the crust.)
