3.5 oz. 97% fat free ground turkey breast
1 tsp. taco seasoning mix (dry)
3 Tbsp. water
2 c. torn lettuce
2 Tbsp. chunky tomato salsa
1Place the ground turkey in a non-stick skillet; with a spoon or spatula, break up the turkey into small pieces.
2Sprinkle the taco seasoning mix over the turkey and add water.
3Cook until the turkey is done, stirring.
4Place the lettuce and turkey in a serving bowl; toss with the salsa and serve.
