Enjoy this delicious onion garlic dip without the guilt, this recipe is low in fat and carbohydrates and high in protein.
1Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir together until well blended.
2Serving suggestion: serve on a bed of lettuce leaves; serve with your favorite, raw vegetables such as celery or carrot sticks, broccoli or asparagus spears.
4 oz. (1/2 c) non-fat cottage cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
2-3 drops lemon juice, optional
