1 can (5 1/2 oz.) spicy hot vegetable juice
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed with press
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Place all ingredients in small bowl and mix with wire whisk or fork (or cover jar and shake) until well blended.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
