3 1/2 oz. white fish (halibut, cod, sole, turbot, etc.)
1/2 small green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 c. onion, diced
Garlic powder, to taste
Dash, paprika, salt, pepper, to taste
1Place uncooked fish on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around and seal.
2Sprinkle fish with seasonings.
3Top with bell pepper and onion.
4Bring together edges of foil and seal tightly.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
