3 1/2 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 small tomato, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Pinch of crushed oregano
Pepper to taste

Spray a small non-stick skillet very lightly with cooking spray.

Place chicken in the skillet and cook over medium-high heat until brown on both sides.

Add tomatoes and seasoning to skillet.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
