Pan fried chicken breast with onion, garlic, tomato, oregano and pepper.
Spray a small non-stick skillet very lightly with cooking spray.
Place chicken in the skillet and cook over medium-high heat until brown on both sides.
Add tomatoes and seasoning to skillet.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
