Healthy Ranch Dressing

Homemade ranch dressing is hard to beat. Try our low-fat ranch that substitutes cream with low-fat mayo and yogurt.

Ranch Dressing

 3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
 1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
 1 green onion, minced

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix with a wire whisk or fork until blended.


Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.


Stir before using.
