 3.5 oz. 97% fat free ground turkey breast
 1 tsp. taco seasoning mix (dry)
 3 Tbsp. water
 2 c. torn lettuce
 2 Tbsp. chunky tomato salsa

Place the ground turkey in a non-stick skillet; with a spoon or spatula, break up the turkey into small pieces.


Sprinkle the taco seasoning mix over the turkey and add water.


Cook until the turkey is done, stirring.


Place the lettuce and turkey in a serving bowl; toss with the salsa and serve.
