 1 tsp. taco seasoning mix (dry)
 3 Tbsp. water
 2 c. torn lettuce
 2 Tbsp. chunky tomato salsa

Place the ground turkey in a non-stick skillet; with a spoon or spatula, break up the turkey into small pieces.
