Drink Up To Energize!

Did you know that simply drinking water can increase your energy level? The slight dehydration that occurs when you don’t drink enough fluid throughout the day can cause you to feel less energetic and become more easily fatigued. To help prevent those “slumps” during the day, drink plenty of fluids, spaced throughout the day. Tip: Keep a large water bottle on hand and sip from it throughout the day.
