Eat Breakfast

Studies show that people who begin their day with a healthy breakfast are better able to control their calorie intake throughout the rest of the day. They tend to consume fewer calories overall than people who skip breakfast. In addition to providing energy and nutrition, breakfast helps moderate appetite, which makes it easier to avoid munchies and binges later in the day. A healthy breakfast also raises the metabolism for increased calorie burning! Not only is eating a healthy breakfast beneficial for weight, it benefits your brain as well: studies reveal that breakfast-eaters do better on cognitive (thinking) tests than breakfast-skippers.
