Close your eyes and recall what your eating was like yesterday. Can you remember what you ate throughout the day? Take a few minutes to think about how you’ve been feeling about the way you’re eating lately. Are you generally satisfied with the choices you’re making? Are those choices helping you meet or maintain your health goals? Does the way you’re eating bring you pleasure? Are you generally making nutritious choices?
