In a new research study, professionals who exercised during the work day were found to have improved time management skills, mental performance and ability to meet deadlines by up to 15 percent. Your daily activity could include taking a brisk walk at lunch or choosing the stairs over the elevator. Walking 10 or 15 minutes a couple of times a day adds up to an effective aerobic contribution. So, step it up for your health – and your job!
