One of the easiest and most important things you can do to enhance your health is drink plenty of water. Our bodies work much better when we’re well-hydrated, and many people find they’re less tired, more alert, and less irritable when they drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. While that may sound like a lot, there are ways to effortlessly increase your water consumption. Try drinking two full glasses of cool water every morning when you first get out of bed. Then sip from a sports bottle throughout the day, making an effort to drink at least 12 to 16 ounces with each of your meals. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is—and how great you’ll feel.
