Chicken Dijon

Easy Chicken Dijon recipe: Learn to make this flavorful and healthy dish with simple ingredients, perfect for any occasion. 

 

 

YIELDS 1 Serving

 

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 1/2 oz. each breast)

4 Tbsp. dijon mustard

2 Tbsp. water

2 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. each: basil and marjoram (or 1 tsp. Italian seasoning)

 

1. Mix the dijon mustard, water and seasonings in a medium bowl.
2. Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and add the chicken.
3. Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken and cook over medium heat until done, approximately 10 minutes.

 

Grilling Option:


1. Prepare the mustard mixture as above.
2. Add the chicken, mixing to coat.
3. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for approximately 1/2 hour.
4. Remove chicken and grill over hot coals or on an indoor grill until done.
