How the Program Works

Ten weeks. Enough time to sleep better, feel stronger, and stop thinking about what to wear — with the body composition data to prove why it's happening.

 

The first 8 weeks follow a ketogenic approach — high protein, low carbohydrate — to burn fat while protecting the muscle that drives your metabolism and keeps your energy up.

 

We teach you not just what to eat — but in what order. Protein first, fiber alongside it. That combination naturally raises your body's own GLP-1. Teach your body to do that consistently, and something shifts: you are not reliant on the intervention.
