Grilled Ginger Salmon on the Grill

Salmon is full of protein, vitamin A, and omegas, which are essential for heart and brain health. This recipe for grilled ginger salmon is delicious and good for you. 

 

 

YIELDS 1 Serving

 

1 salmon steak or filet, 3.5 oz.
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
1 Tbsp. light soy sauce 


1. Spread the ginger on top of the salmon.
2. Pour the soy sauce over the salmon and wrap tightly in the foil.
3. Place the foil packet on a hot grill and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until done.
