2 Tbsp. fat/oil free, low carbohydrate Italian dressing
Dash of basil
Dash of garlic powder
Pinch oregano
2 cups small mushrooms
 
1. Mix first four ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Stir in mushrooms until coated.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at four hours before serving.
