1 3.5 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 small tomato, diced
1/2 green or red bell pepper, diced
1/4 c. fat free chicken broth
Dash garlic powder
1/2 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
2. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for several minutes just until the chicken pieces are lightly browned.
